Boys took to skiing like they hadn't missed a day in the year it had been. They have now gone on (I think) 8 and 9 lifts (Jake has one more than Mark) and I THINK they've done a black diamond run (It may be my Mommy-ness miss-remembering, but I'm PRETTY sure that's what Neil said). They are really "tearing it up" up there. At one point on our last trip (these pics were taken over four trips this year) Neil was taking the boys down by where the jumps and big 1/2 pipes are and the last time, they went ON the 1/2 pipe (NOT the kiddie one) and Jake kept wanting to veer over to the jumps. He is going to be our dare devil on ski's. I kid you not. (HA! I've been wanting to say that!) Any-hoo, the videos I have here of the boys skiing are ones that Neil took the first few trips. I'll get better ones from him from the last trip and post soon.

While Mark and Jake were sledding, Eric was happy playing "snow plow" (we do this in his dreams now... AWE!!!) and he "planted" and decorated a tree (a few pics down). Ryan (on trip #4) finally played in the snow for a bit. This is all at our "secret" sledding area we like to go to. I'd tell you where it is, but well.... you get the idea.

Trip #4 - in May we took a drive to June Lake. It was nice! We got to go to areas that are closed in the winter. We got out at one point to throw rocks and sticks, and whole branches .... into a creek (or river?)
