Mammoth Adventure Day 6

Took Renee on the Gondola ride this morning. Then Daddy took the boys outside and built a MAMMOTH size snowman, he's about 6 or 7 feet tall, has no face yet - I forgot to take a picture, but you can see it for a second in the video. Mark went sledding down the side of the house with Daddy and later with Renee. After the boys were asleep it started snowing, by the time we went to bed it had snowed about an inch or 2!!!

Mammoth Adventure Day 5

Our friend Renee came to visit us for the weekend, from Reno!!! Daddy and Doug went skiing while Mommy and Renee caught up and played in the snow with the boys.

Mammoth Adventure Day 4

Another relaxing day at home while Daddy and Uncle Doug went skiing. Mommy and the boys played in the snow for awhile and went down our "snow slide" a bunch.

Mammoth Adventure Day 3

Nice relaxing day at the house today. Daddy and Uncle Doug did some work while the boys played inside. Then after lunch we all went out to play in the snow. Jake did some sledding. The boys have started digging a tunnel and Daddy and Uncle Doug (with some help from Mark) started digging a fort, while Mommy made a slide. In the next few days we'll have quite the snow fort!

Mammoth Adventure Day 2

Woke up today and Neil and Doug went skiing, Jake went to another ski class and Mark just wanted to ski with Daddy. Mark took the ski lifts and skied down the mountain with Daddy and Uncle Doug, then hung out with Mommy and played in the snow while Jake was in class. After lunch Jake went down the mountain with Daddy and Uncle Doug, after a morning of skiing he was pretty tired and only made it about a third of the way down before he needed to be carried by Daddy. But he had fun and LOVED the ski lift ride!

Mammoth Adventure Day 1

Made it into Mammoth yesterday afternoon, and played in the snow!

Woke up this morning and took the boys to Ski Lessons!! After wearing his ski boots around the house for 2 weeks, Jake finally go to put them to practice - and LOVED it!!! Both boys did great and had fun. Mommy and Eric hung out and watched them, taking a break now and then for hot cocoa and a gondola ride (both to warm up) while Daddy and Uncle Doug hit the slopes. Later, after quiet time, we went sledding at the house.
